    Hey guys!!

    I am gna host a team meeting + outing combined together ad ecp!!

    The team meeting is compulsory..so yeah its a must for you to attend..pls try to get rid of all other appoinments!! It would be great if you could juz go for the meeting then go for your other plans if you really cannot get rid of the other plan!

    For the team outing..we shall be riding bikes or we could juz eat..its up to you guys..Also, if you all have any objections to doing this, you can list your suggestions on what else we could do by telling me on MSN.

    Details about when to meet etc shall be confirmed later in the week! But it shall be on THURSDAY, so please do try and reserve thursday for the team ! =]

    If you lack money, tell me and i will lend u money from the team fund but you MUST pay back asap.

    Training tomorrow !!

    Bring ball if you have one of th team ball,PLEASE BRING! dont be lazy ! =]




    Anw, cos its th hols~ im so bored ~ i went to look for drills for u guys again..so yeah..shall give you an idea of what we would be doing ~.~


    1.First, we would do running in a new way ~ The standard rectangle would be set up, every1 would then start off with a light jog. HOWEVER, th person ad th back of th line has to sprint all th way to the front of the line. This would carry on till every1 has sprinted to the front of the line!


    2.We would then do station drills, 4 cones. 1 for sit-ups, 1 for pumping, 1 for jogging on the spot and 1 for juggling the ball !


    3.



    There shall be 3 teams of 3, with 3 goalposts as shown above. One player per team will be goalkeeper(can use hands) but can also go out to help and attack. Objective is to score into other teams' goals while defending your own! Teams who let in 2 goals will be eliminated, the last remaining team shall be the winner! There might be a reward !:O


    4.


    This game is something like monkey ~.~ but the objective of th game isnt juz to elude the "monkey" but oso to try and get the killer pass to the person in the centre ~

    5. Last of all..standard lah ! play match okay !:D

    Alright..i do hope you guys will turn up for training tomorrow..matches are coming up...so yeah ~.~ Anyw, i take this opportunity to thank those who go for training regularly ! THANK YOU GUYS ! T_T hahahahaha ~

    HUH Alright ~.~ th results of our game went this way....
    1st game : won 3-1
    2nd game: lost 2-0
    3rd game: lost 2-0



    yeah we lost th whole thg overall..but well..we had fun..and thats all that really matters at the end of th day. dont be demoralised~~ I felt we did okay today, just din manage to score ~ and thats a very sad thing T_T but anw thanks to th people who did turn up...who are namely ~
