ok..to all those who feel that im being unfair to Derrick. My reasons for doing it is simple:

first of all, he told me last week when we kept the ball that he wanted to keep 1 ball.
so i let him keep it, den aft that the nxt training he bring to trng, and wait till when there was only like say...me zj jackie( who all already hv 1 ball to keep) and jk who cannot carry any balls cos he riding a bike.
ONLY ad this moment of time, did he decide to say.."eh i cannot keep the ball"
so i told him to keep till the nxt trng first..
and he just doesnt care and leave it on the floor where no one would have taken it if i din spot it..


then the next topic i wna address is :

Studying shall nt be accepted as a valid reason to skip training under any circumstances UNLESS u have common tests or midyr/ eoy papers..which is virtually impossible unless u are from another school.

Also, if you go out wif ur parents, it wont always be accepted, in 1 month i will let u go for a max of 2 times. Also, pls take a picture of ur parents while ur out to show me that u rlly go out wif ur parents.

The fine shall also be changed to $3 from now on. There shall be no more changes unless i find that this system isnt working.
